當貓咪走路一拐一拐的，或是走路的樣子很奇怪，佢可能會縮起來、腳變形，或骨頭路在外面等情況時，表示貓咪可能骨折了。此時應該盡量安撫貓咪，在移動貓咪嘅過程中，進動作儘量不要太大，以減少他的緊張及疼痛。 緊急處理 1)當發現貓咪有骨折時，為了不弄傷患部的嘅神經和血管，建議將貓咪放在交帶嘅提籃呀箱子內。2)箱內方後一點的毛巾，盡可能安撫地安靜地搬運到動物醫院，不移動貓咪。3)固定骨折嘅腳對貓路來講可能會有點困難，因此不用勉強，只要減少貓咪移動和緊張，盡快送往醫院治療。
